You can delete your DESNAVO account and the associated private server data yourself at any time, in the app or without the app.
In the app
Open “Me → Account → Delete account”, enter your password again and confirm.
Without the app
The deletion page of the DESNAVO service signs you in with email address and password, asks for the password again and then deletes your account. It runs on the same service that holds your account.
Opens https://desnavo-app-staging.onrender.com/account/delete (encrypted connection).
What is deleted
Account, active sessions, private server records and DESNAVO AI conversations, along with associated profile, learning, chart and booking data. Shared posts are deleted or disconnected from your identity. An open marketplace payment must be settled first.
What can remain
Technical security logs and pseudonymous payment records preventing duplicate credits, separately from your account. Delete local data on your phone in the app under “Me”.
